Visa Support
Most foreign participants of The 11th Meeting on Cholinesterases should obtain an entry visa to the
Russian Federation (list of exceptions).
The Meeting Service Agent "CTO Group" Ltd will provide participants with the documents necessary for Russian Tourist Visa application.
The tourist visa will be issued for the duration of the Meeting. The deadline for all visa requests is the 10 May 2012.
"CTO Group" Ltd has a reference number in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the right to provide participants with
Russian Tourist Visa support documents. Supporting documents will be made based on your personal information submitted during the online
registration process. In order to obtain a Russian Tourist Visa please contact the nearest Russian Consulate or Embassy in your home country
for further information.
The Meeting Secretariat will send the visa support documents to the participant only after receiving the Registration and Accommodation fees!
Please be advised that, in order to obtain a visa, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of your visit to the
Russian Federation, ie. mid-December 2012.
Please note: All foreign citizens arriving in Russia have to fill in a migration card while passing through customs.
Migration cards will be given to foreigners before crossing the border (in airplanes, trains, buses, ships, etc.)
Please complete this migration card carefully and keep this card secure until your departure from the Russian Federation.
According to Russian Federation law, all foreign citizens must be registered within 3 days of their arrival at their hotel.
For this reason hotel staff will ask for you migration card and passport at check in.
